Know your Estuary- Lansdowne eDNA biodiversity blitz

May 17 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Are you a landholder or community member living in the Lansdowne area? Have you ever wondered what amazing creatures live in your waterways? NSW Waterwatch needs your help!

Waterwatch will be running an eDNA workshop to test the waterways around Lansdowne and see what amazing creatures we can find. To do this, we would like to invite community members to be part of the project, by helping us to collect water samples from selected sites within the Lansdowne area, or from their properties, for those that have access to waterways from their homes. The water samples will then be sent to a laboratory to test for fragments of DNA, which will be used to identify the diversity of creatures found in the waterways around Lansdowne.

To register your interest in testing your waterway and being a part of this amazing project, please register your details below.
