<br>I object to the planning proposal for the following reasons: <ul> <li>This is an iconic site and must be protected</li> <li>This public land should not be sold or developed for private housing</li> <li>The density of housing could be much greater than stated</li> <li>The proposal is not in keeping with the character of the area</li> <li>The proposal will result in loss of Aboriginal and heritage sites</li> <li>The proposal relies on data that is out of date</li> <li>The Proposal will increase pressure on infrastructure</li> <li>Unacceptable impact on local environment including water quality and mangroves</li> <li>Does not comply with SREP 20</li> <li>This proposal should not be determined under Administration</li> </ul>
