Fixing the Central Coast Conservation land zones
CEN’s Chair Gary Chestnut presents a webinar on why some land that should be zoned as C2, the highest level of conservation protection outside of a national park, has been zoned C3, C4 or not even to a conservation zone at all.
In this Webinar, he looks at the history of land use zoning across the former Gosford and Wyong Councils and argues that many private landholders have legitimate reasons to seek for their land to be rezoned to C2.
