Submission re. draft Deferred Lands Planning Proposal.

Dear Mr. Farmer,

I object to the draft Deferred Lands Planning Proposal as it currently stands.

It is important to add your own comments about why you care about this issue .....(eg.how long you have lived here, how important protecting biodiversity is, how important the future of COSS is to you.....)

I object to the planning proposal for the following reasons:

1.(*)

The planning proposal does not assign 'like for like' zoning objectives or permitted uses with consent Invalid Input

2.(*)

The planning proposal introduces land uses in conservation zones that will not protect biodiversity, cultural heritage and will result in a loss of amenity Invalid Input

3.(*)

The planning proposal does not deal with COSS lands well as it eliminates the buffer in land use the current zoning provides Invalid Input

4.(*)

The planning proposal undermines the opportunity for the expansion of COSS Invalid Input

5.(*)

This proposal should not be determined under Administration Invalid Input

I request that:

A.(*)

All former 7(a) conservation land be rezoned to C2 Environmental Conservation Invalid Input

B.(*)

Only former 7(a) land that have an existing residential dwelling be included in the Development Opportunity Map Invalid Input

C.(*)

All former 7(c2) land be rezoned to C3 Invalid Input

D.(*)

Council apply for approval to re-evaluate existing C2 boundaries due to high number of inaccuracies Invalid Input
